Please only indicate number of participants for each tour category and preferred tour date.

Note: For any tour to be scheduled, a minimum of two persons must be booked for the tour. In the event that you are the only person (single) to register for the tour on that day, you will be informed seven (7) days in advance that the tour would be cancelled. You can then opt to select an alternative tour or have your booking fee refunded to you.

Terms & Conditions Services (Transfers, Tours, Meals and Accommodation) provided is as indicated in the package set out in our PACKAGE itineraries. Unless specified in the itinerary all other miscellaneous expenses are under guest own personal account. All the tours contained herewith are quoted without air-fares whether domestic or international and airport tax. CPH Travel and its servants or agents reserve the right to make such amendments, changes and alterations without notice to any of its advertised itineraries and scheduled routes if it is of the view that it is necessary to do so because of weather and road conditions or if for any reasons whatsoever it is of the opinion that it is in the interest of all parties concerned. CPH Travel only acts as an intermediary for overseas principals, transportation companies, hotels and all other contractors providing the services and shall not be liable for any damage and loss to the clients’ personal property or for any damage and injury to their person and loss of life or for any delay and cancellation of their transfers, tours and other bookings and services howsoever sustained or caused. All delegates will be required to make their reservations directly with CPH Travel, and that the organisers will not be responsible for any bookings, cancellations, modifications, payments or payment collections with respect to the tour bookings. Unless previously agreed, full payment of all tours, transfers and other services to be provided must be made at least 14 days before the arrival of the clients at the destination of their choice. If reservations are made less than 15 days before tour commencement, full payment is required at time of confirmation. No refund will be made if any tours, transfers, meals or if any other services to be provided are not fully utilized. Payments: Please note full prepayments for all confirmed tour packages must be made upon receiving a booking confirmation. Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the date of commencement of any tour, transfer and other services already booked, whether payment had been made or not, shall entitle CPH Travel to charge / forfeit a sum equivalent to twenty percentum (20%) of the agreed price. Any cancellation made less than 3 days before the date of commencement of any tour and other services already booked, whether payment had been made or not, shall entitle CPH Travel to charge / forfeit the full amount of the total agreed price.
