With collaboration with Persatuan Pelayang Johor, this festival aim to promote the kite heritage and the beautiful beaches in Kabong. The beautiful beaches and colourful kites will make beautiful scenery which attracts more tourists that want to enjoy beautiful beach and traditional kampung’s life.
