Our experienced local guide brings you to walk around in the city centre to taste the local’s most famous street foods, from Sarawak Laksa, Kolo Mee, to Rojak…. then across Sarawak River by the traditional river taxi or Penambang to look for the colourful Sarawak Layer Cake. Return to city and continue with local dessert and sweets. You are invited to come in hungry and enjoy a half day eat like locals!

Kuching Gastronomic Trail (4 hours)
0830hrs: Pickup from Hotel and proceed to walk towards the heritage parts of the city centre such as the Tua Pek Kong Chinese Temple, Carpenter Street, Museum Grounds, Old Kuching, Open Air Market, India Street and Waterfront.
1130hrs: Go across river by taking the river taxi to the nearby Malay Village to sample the Sarawak Layer Cake. You can buy the cakes after sampling!
1200hrs: Return across river and proceed to the final dessert stop.
1230hrs: Return back at the hotel.
