Depart Kuching on a 2-hour drive for a day visit to Mongkos Longhouse. Upon reaching Serian, the nearest town there, we visit its farmer’s market. We continue our journey and upon arrival, we proceed with a tour of the longhouse. Learn about the old history of the village. Walk around and enjoy its surroundings and daily routine. Afterwards, enjoy a locally prepared lunch at the village’s homestay café. After lunch, we depart for Kuching.

Optional Overnight stay: 2 Days / 1 Nights Mongkos Homestay with additional Bidayuh activities such as cooking demo and short treks.

Tour Duration- 6 Hours

Mongkos Longhouse Bidayuh Village (6 hours)

0830hrs: Pickup from Hotel and proceed to Serian.

1000hrs: Arrive at Serian and visit the farmers’ market.

1030hrs: Depart from Serian and proceed to Mongkos Village.

1130hrs: Arrive at Mongkos. Visit and learn about the longhouse. Lunch is served at the homestay café. After lunch, continue with walkabout in the village and the farm.

1400hrs: Depart from Mongkos and transfer back to Kuching.

1600hrs: Arrive at Hotel.
