a) Airport to Official Hotel Private Transfers and Shuttle Service
i) Airport Private Transfers are normally offered for the VIPs, Keynote Speakers, Organizing Committee Members, Secretariat and also to the delegates upon inquiry.
ii) Airport Shuttle Service is normally offered for a larger number of conference attendees (from 600 pax and above). This service is operated when most delegates arrived at the Kuching International Airport from the first arrival until the final arrival of the day. The minimum per pax per seat rate is offered for every delegate at join-in / sharing basis and payable upon arrival. The shuttle booth setup at the airport is however chargeable at the most reasonable rate to the organizer for us to deliver such service.
b) Congress Shuttle Service
A very important part of the event is to ferry your delegates to the congress venue from the official hotel and vice versa. To lift the burden of your shoulders, we offer our expertise in providing and coordinating the shuttle service for you. We also assist in planning the schedule and route for you as and when you engaged us for our service.
Most of the time, delegates will always have questions in mind regarding the destination and what is best to do after the conference. Our experienced hospitality team is always ready to provide your delegates with ample information and suggestion on whereabouts in Kuching. Normally this service is made available throughout the duration of the congress at the selected venue(s).
Some delegates travel from far to attend the congress and at the same time to explore the destination. To add value to your congress, we offer our tour packages which can be uploaded to the official congress website to make it more attractive. This facility also eases the conference organizer where the delegates will be directed to us for inquiries on the destination. A customized link will be provided along with the tour packages and inquiry can be made with just one click away!
We know very well that the delegates will bring their accompanying persons whenever they are travelling from afar.
